Pacific Resources Company, and Mobil
Oil Corporation. He received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming
1973.

W. Ainsworth
Executive Vice President
Co-founder of Oracle Resources, LTD. George formed Ainsworth Oil Properties
and spent 14 years as a consultant involved in all phases of acquiring,
owning and participating in exploration and development drilling
of upstream assets in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and Wyoming.
In 1978, Pennzoil Producing Company hired George as an accountant
after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
from University of Southern Mississippi majoring in Accounting.
He formerly served as a Senior Landman with Snyder Oil Corporation and Union Pacific Resources Company.

S. Scott Pershern
Vice President / General Counsel
Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from
Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. Upon graduation, Scott worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as a management consultant,
where he focused primarily on the development of an upstream Oil & Gas revenue accounting software package. He then moved on to Quintus Corporation,
Avaya, Inc., and Clarke American before earning a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
Immediately prior to joining Oracle Resources, Scott practiced intellectual property law at Storm LLP in Dallas, Texas. He is experienced in patent, trademark,
copyright, and Trade secret procurement, counseling, litigation, licensing, and related intellectual property transactions.
Scott has enjoyed the pleasure of serving numerous clients, from Silicon Valley startups to Fortune 500 companies, in many different industries.
Scott is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice in front of the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern
and Northern Districts of Texas.

Burr A.
Silver
Geologist
Burr A. Silver earned a Ph.D. from the University of Washington.
He worked temporarily for Cities Service Research and Jersey Production Research during graduate school.
He joined exploration division of Humble (Exxon) in Midland before being assigned to the production group in Kingsville, Texas.
He resigned from Exxon’s Exploration & Planning Analysis group to join the faculty at Arizona State University.
After successfully guiding numerous M.S. candidates, he joined the faculty at the University of Oklahoma and focused
his work on the geology of carbonates in Belize, Eniwetok, and Puerto Rico. He has written several books and has published
in the AAPG and CSPG bulletins. During his tenure at ASU and OU, he taught exploration and seismic stratigraphy courses
for AMOCO Training Center, Sun, Conoco, the University of Tulsa, the University of Houston and Institutes for Energy
Development. He formed his company, Olympic Exploration and Production after departing OU. The successful company has been
active for more than 30 years in the Permian, Powder River and Williston basins.

Management Advisor
Bob Neuhoff
and his family have been in the oil and gas business for over 40
years. He is an independent oil man and invests in several companies.
He financially helped Oracle Resources get started and participates
individually in all of Oracle's ventures.

Steve
Plybon
Geophysicist
Steve Plybon has been a geophysical consultant to Oracle
since 2003. His career assignments include: Union
Texas Petroleum, MGF Oil, Forest Oil, and ORYX (Kerr McGee). Steve
is known within the industry as a member of the "unconventionals"
- a group of geophysicists and geologists prominent in the origination
of shale plays.
His career spans many US basins, the UK, North Africa, Ecuador,
China, and Australia, where he was involved in the development of
the Bayu/Undian Field (3 TCF). Steve received his under graduate,
Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics, from the University
of Colorado in 1976 and his graduate degree, MS-Geophysics, in 1983
from the Colorado School of Mines.
